Community does NOT handle purchase issues so I wont be able to assist. You do have to get intouch with Player Support and this is how you can do it.
You can do by selecting the "Contact Us" button below and follow the flow:
If you happen to play on a mobile device, you can also contact directly from the device (this way support will have all the details needed to help), all you need to do is:
Open the game app and select the 3 lines (setting) and select "Customer Care":
Now select the topic you need help with and read/ follow the instruction:
If you need further help, scroll down to the bottom of the pop-up and select "Contact Us":
