What level are you on? It's the first time that you have this problem? There is an issue regarding the Magic Beans no awarded in the last levels released in Farm Heroes, the Farm Studio is working on fix it.

In the meantime please check here there is a thread about this glitch " no beans awarded

Or you have a different problem?
