How to get this bars, when one has completed 6year event. Alongwith that water and Sun event. With all these solving puzzles done. Why community presence necessary foe getting bars. Please guide if I have understood wrong

Happy 6th birthday farm heroes, my favourite game to play love π it, play every day, love all the special levels, and thanks fir all the 24hrs if unlimited lives last week during the lock down. It kept me busy while I wasnβt at work as Iβm an essential worker. And have a special needs child it kept him busy to.
