Why does this keep crashing? Crashed almost 6 months ago & I lost all beans, progress, etc.

It initially crashed 6-7 months ago. All of a sudden, I was able to play again. Now keeps saying, "Has crashed". My flash player is up to date. I can play ALL the other Facebook games with no problem. What is the problem?

Flash no longer supported ...

u may need to move to win 10 and HTML ...

prefer if can be on phone will be better ...

@judibyrd You say that you play on facebook. Facebook was moved over to html in january as far as I know. So flash should not be the problem.

Can you explain what happens in your game. Do you play on computer or on mobile/tablet.

If possible take a screenshot. You can read on the green link how to do that. On that page you can choose what kind of device you playing on and you change language if english not your language.

@piaandersson I play on my laptop using Facebook Gameroom. When I click on Farm Heroes Saga, it goes through all the verbiage "Loading the tractor, Killing Rancid, etc" then says, "Farm Heroes Saga has Crashed" "Try again or Go Home". Thanks for responding. After I send this, I'm going to try to do a screeenshot using the link you attached in you response. Again, Thanks much.

King doesn't support Facebook Gameroom as that is Facebook's territory, what happens if you try to play through a browser? Do you also happen to have access to Windows 10 on your PC?

This "Crashing" issue started about a week ago ONLY on Game Room.

All other browsers and Windows 10 are working fine and no issues or crashing 👍️

The game loads till all the graphics, then while entering into the game, the message appears that "game crashed".

@judibyrd I too prefer the Game Room as games usually loads quicker than other Browsers!

But, as of now, please avoid Game Room and use either Chrome OR Edge. Both are working fine without any issues. They are loading faster than Game Room too!!

I am not computer savvy & have no clue how to play this on anything other than FB Gameroom. HOWEVER, ALL OF A SUDDEN - IT POPPED UP TODAY! Just don't know when it will crash again. Plus from the years of playing I lost all my gold bars & beans and cannot build them back up 😒. I refuse to buy anything that may crash at anytime..

I am sorry to hear that you have lost your Gold Bars as well as Magic Beans!!

If you don't mind me asking.... were your Gold Bars & Magic Beans missing OR did you use them while playing the game?

Oh! one more thing... We do not have to be tech savvy at all to play our games. You will find either "e" as an icon for Internet Explorer / Microsoft Edge browser

OR "a Rainbow kind of circle with a blue circle inside it" -- which is Google Chrome Browser. You can play your game in either of these.
