Why don't the bonus numbers on cropsies count on level 2631 and if I use +bonus 2 points added at a cost of 1,750 beans nothing is different

Hello @Heather2019 and welcome to our Farmtastic community. I am not that far yet, but I assume by what you wrote it is a Rancid level. I have not seen other players complain about this on the Farm Heroes Saga support page here to indicate it may be a glitch. Can you please tell me what type of device you are playing on and the make and model? You need to make sure you have the latest version of the game, that your cache has been cleared and then restart your device (making sure you keep it turned off for at least 15 seconds) and see if that clears up the issue.

Can screenshot? Usually the bonus number + does count ... so which candy does not count for u? And only this lvl ???

@Heather2019 and @bearwithme There are another thread that +1 +2 on rancid levels don´t work. And if I understand @QueenB correct it should be reported, but I´m not sure.

The threads name are not getting extra moves.

So there are problem whit +1 +2 on all rancid levels.

Thank you for that information @piaandersson Hopefully it will get resolved soon. Rancid is hard enough to beat as it is. 😊

Hi everybody, it is a problem on several of my Rancid levels. To my knowledge, it has been reported.

Hello @Heather2019 Hearty Welcome to our friendly King Community 🤗

Are you playing on a PC or a mobile device? Unfortunately, +2 (or +1) Bonus booster not working properly is an old issue. We did complain about it to look into 👍️

I think the Rancid levels were improved as I can now see the "Bonus number" on all the cropsies that we have to collect. But, ONLY problem is, if we do not make a combo with those Cropsies, we will miss that bonus. I will share a pic below.

Here is a screenshot of what I am talking about... I have picked the "+2 Bonus" 👇️ 👇️

After each move I make, the +2 bonus shows up. I have made sure about it while checking the level.

Let's say I chose to collect the Apples, that are located next to the arrow I drew, all the other bonus Cropsie count will disappear (just like in other levels). If we have to save and collect and gain the cropsies, we have to use our Hunter cropsie OR the Tractor booster to collect all those Bonus cropsies. Did this make sense?

I have version 5.35.3 on Android and it is not working. This has been reported and the team will be notified.

I also have 5.35.3. If I use my computer and look on play store there is a new update released and it should been released april 14. But I haven´t got that one yet. So the problem might be fixed in the new update that´s out now.

So everyone that have mobile check if you have the new update on play store.
