I got a new phone, and everything on my old phone transferred over to my new phone, except my farm hero saga, I don’t remember what level I was on, but have played this for two plus years. I want my level back, I will not start over at level one. Help 😡

U use king account or Facebook account for the log in? Use back the same and try

I am sorry to hear about that!! Do you remember saving your game progress either through Facebook OR Kingdom account?
If you did save, did you try to log into the game after downloading onto your new phone?
The log-in and password will be the same for all King games as we would be logging in through same account & password. Unless, you have created a different account to save your Farm Heroes!

If they still haven't shown up after you have made sure you signed in to play the game with the same account that you used on your old phone (via FB or a king.com account), then Player Support can help you get your progress back.
