i deleted my farm heroes saga app. it was an accident. i play on ipad and have no connection to facebook. is it possible for me to get it back? it was level about ca 1600 and it was a hard work for 4 years...i am so sorry. thank you for help

    Hello @ellifh and welcome to our farmtastic community! I am sorry to hear that happened. In future you should play via a king.com account, if you don't want to play via Facebook. That way Player Support can easily restore your lost progress. However all is not lost. They can manually restore your progress. It is the weekend, so please be patient while waiting for a response.     R u using king account? Secured with email? If yes, log back in. If no... then it is not secured
