Connection problem

Good Day.
My game is not connecting to network, I have tried to put in different simcards on the phone and tried to use two wifi hotspots still is not connecting. Its been over 3 days now.
every I open the game app it load showing that is searching for connection there after it would show that there is no connection. Please help. I don’t have events as a results of this.

Hello @Tshihwelarp and welcome to our Farmtastic community. I am sorry this is happening to you and know how frustrating it must be. Do you play any other King games and are you experiencing similar problems? Are you playing the game either through FB or King.com? The games usually like a strong and steady WiFi signal and if there is a drop or brief interruption in the signal, it can cause a temporary glitch in your game.
Try these steps first:
Clear your cache. The way to do this is slightly different depending on the platform and software you are using, but you should be able to use the internet to find out how to do that if in doubt.
Check your app update - App developers are giving their best to deliver a great experience to the users, which is why they are constantly working on improvements. If users complain about the issue, including freezing and crashing, developers will fix it with an update. That is why it is essential to regularly update all your apps or at least the ones you use daily.
Finally, shutdown the platform you are playing on for at least 20-30 seconds. Usually by doing these simple steps you can clear up a temporary problem you may be experiencing.
If you still are having connectivity problems you may end having to de-install and re-install the app, however if you do this you will lose any saved boosters. As long as you play via FB or a King.com account, any purchases you have made and your game progress will be stored on the King servers, but saved boosters will be erased because they are stored locally on your device.
