Are you playing on computer, through Facebook or the Kingdom? Using windows or mac, and which version?

Or are you playing on mobile/tablet. Which OS version, which app version and make and model of your device?

U mean for all king games? Restart ur device, check for latest updates ... N check whether u have more than 2GB of memory left ... n r u on win 10, HTML platform?
