I am not getting my prize for winning the Harvest rush

In the recent days I won the Harvest rush several times and didn't get my prize. The gift box appeared but it got frozen and I didn't get anything.

I am only playing on one device, an Ipad and I am only having problems wiht collecting prizes for Harvest rush.

Please look into this error.
