they r both saying that they r experiencing some issues n to plz try again in a moment so i wait a few mins n retry it then gets stuck at start of loading i wait a further 30mins but it doesnt move any further so i reload the game yet again n get the same message been like this for 2 days now when is the issue likely to be fixed to make it worse im using a different comp than i usually do due to my normal comp being broken n cant get it fixed due to the lockdown. I hope i have put this in the right section

Hi @Tonya_Scanlon and welcome to our adorable Community π I am so sorry that you are having these issues. Where do you play these games? I see it's on the computer, but is it on Facebook, Gameroom, Windows 10, or king.com? It would be great if you could take a screenshot so I can see what exactly is happening. If you don't know how to do it, please follow the instructions here.

@Tonya_Scanlon I strongly recommend you to play on another platform, maybe Windows 10 or mobile. King.com has some issues that the studio is looking into but it really takes a lot of time and I am afraid that there is no estimated time.

ok ty ill try on windows 10 microsoft edge platform/website but i will still have to type in search bar king.com as i dont have a fb acct obviously my computer is windows 10 upgraded but will try that

@Tonya_Scanlon Regarding Windows 10, I was referring to Windows 10 app. You can download the game app from Windows Store and play it that way. If you go through the browser again it will be the same as the previous time.
