I had a similar suggestion before. I wanted the time changed so we could swap them every 2 hour. For me that are better because I only play a couple of hour in the evening. And changing the time should be easy to change. And don´t remember if it was me or another player that suggested that one could swap all three at the same time.

You mentioned collect 5 companions. That not the only one. There are more of that one. Collect 1 or 3 or 7 or 9 companions.

So you have my vote.
