Hello @Gabriellelima - I assume you are speaking Portuguese, not Spanish and unfortunately our International Corner doesn't include that language at this time. So could you please post your responses in English? You can use a translator app if you need to.
What I understand you are saying is that you play via King.com. Sometimes you will see this error when your game can't connect to the King server. It could mean there was a temporary connection problem, so if you wait and try again in 10-15 minutes, you may be OK.
However, the games tend to be fairly sensitive and want a strong and steady connection to the internet so even if you are connected and can do other things (like read and send email), the game may not believe it is connected. The first thing you want to do is make sure you have the latest version of the game. You also want to clear your cache. Once you have done both those things - you need to turn off your device (mobile or PC) for at least 10-15 seconds and then start it up again.
