H1 @mercedes1 and welcome to our friendly forums. I had my progress reset some time ago. They can only delete all King Games data that is attached to an email address, or not delete any. This is from memory, as it was over six months ago. I have also deleted all the emails in relation to that matter, so I am unable to go back and check.
