Everything I earned for Harvest Rush disappeared

My app has been buggy the past few weeks so I’ve started taking screenshots of my progress in case I lose anything and today I originally had over 290 flowers collected for Harvest Rush and now it only shows 4.

The contest has not ended, so there shouldn’t be a reset. I’ve contacted Customer Service and done the usual log-in/out and restart with no luck in retrieving all of that lost work.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to proceed? Thanks in advance!

    Hello and welcome to this community


    If you say the app is faulty then please uninstall it. When uninstalling, boosters and life can be lost because it doesn't save your device. If you reinstall it please update and clear the cache and restart it. Then it should work again.
