Why do I see others with more levels then me? (Feedback sent to the Studio)!

@Belle900 if you have checked the app store for updates and there are none, congratulations you are on the highest level. Luckily you only have to wait a week between new levels now so you won't have long to wait.

Sometimes the studio runs tests where a select few are able to play an episode ahead above their friends. This is totally random and usually set with a certain number so they can test how the levels play out. That will be why you can see some past you.

Don't be too upset though, if the levels are too hard, there is a good chance they may get easier by the time you can play them so its not all bad 😉

Level 3295 is the last available level at the moment, at least for mobile version. if you some players being ahead of you through the episode race, this is an error which the game team is currently working on improving.

I see other players 10 and 15 levels above me, but mine stops at level 3310!! Why?? Everything is updated!!

Hi @WickedRaven71 - welcome to our friendly community. My understanding is the new levels are being tested on a certain platform to ensure they can be released in all formats. If you don’t have them yet you should get them soon.

Some of the players have 15 levels extra than all of us, because those players were selected for testing to receive 1 bonus episode.

Nobody knows who will be admitted into that Test Group, but it is what it is! What you are doing is the right procedure. Keep your game App updated and clear the cache and make sure that your device has enough free memory space. And then, hope that you too would be receiving that test feature 🙂
