Connection issues

For over two weeks now. Farm heroes is telling me I have internet connection issues! I don’t! All my other games and everything on my iPad works perfectly. It’s only a problem with farm heroes! I have deleted the game and reinstalled it . I have closed my iPad down. Nothing works.most of the time I can’t use my magic beans. The giving and receiving of beans and lives has stopped ! I am at my wits end!

HELP!

    @sueolliesand You are probably better off posting in farm heroes group as people will have more knowledge of the game in there

    You already understand that you posted your problem in the wrong place. There is a separate thread for each game in the community and you will find it at homepage.

    Can you show me a screenshot of the connection problem in your game?

    Hi I think I have sent a screen shot. When I try to log in either with Facebook or to my king account it just says connection issueS

    I have deleted farm heroes. Reset my iPad completely. Re installed farm heroes. I am back at game 1 ( I was on 1752 or near). I can’t access my account in setting as it still says connection issues.

    Some of you may have noticed this message when trying to connect to Facebook or your King account in the game:


    This is under investigation and the tech team is doing what they can to find a solution for this. 

    I will post any updates and more info about this here as soon as I have any news on this.

    This error message appears of several reasons and is very complex so we have no general fix for this I'm afraid.

    If you still get this message when connecting to your Facebook or King account, please email Player Support so they can check what the issue is in your game specifically and help you with a fix.

    To send an email, please tap the Settings in the game and then the '?' to get to the Help Center where you can contact Player Support from.

    If that doesn't work, please use the form here to send an email.
