Hi , Iam waiting now for 3 weeks to receive new levels. Game updated and cache cleared. It showing level 3295 and actually I finished 3327.

Please help.

Hi Glenn 1972,

I did it and nothing happens. I had same problem in the past but once new episode realised I was on correct level.

More boring for me that I have status coming soon for 3 weeks now and unable to play except Event. So please address my problem to the @Queen Mia. Thank you in advance.

I'm not sure how far the last level is going on mobile device. If you have passed level 3327 through mobile app then the following troubleshooting will solve your problem.

System updates can bring improvements that could fix your issue.To check for and install system updates:

Open your device's Settings app.

Near the bottom, tap System and then Advanced and then System update. If needed, first tap About phone or About tablet.

App updates can bring improvements that could fix your issue.

Then Open your device's Play Store app Google Play.

Tap Menu Menu and then My apps & games.

Apps with available updates are labeled "Update."

If an update is available, tap Update.

If more updates are available, tap Update all.

Open game - Log out - Again Restart device - Open game and Log in.

Hi @Dada13 , that is probably because the new levels went to 3295 either this week or the last week which means you were in part of the control group that was able to access so many levels ahead for testing. That came to an end as far as I know which is why you are having to wait. You are not behind, its just the game hadn't caught up. 😊

We can tag @QueenB and @QueenMia to find out exactly which levels were released this week.

Thank you Chicken Slayer,

As you can see on my photo I am 5th position in the “race it” Event. The other players finished 3340 level. I am looked now 3 weeks and reading only coming soon. At least I schooldays be able to complete also 3340 in case that is last level. It seems I have to find new game and only play on Farm Special Event each 2 weeks.

Hallo Chicken Slayer,

Still nothing. Could you please check when I will get new levels? I am not able also to play new event as I can't collect new stars. Thank you. Perhaps King can at least launch some additional event for us waiting as I can see it is lot of people complaining on FB group. Thank you.
