I am sorry to say that I am not very clear about the issue you are mentioning!
Can you please tell me what you mean by "the cow is gone" ---> Are you mentioning about the Piggy Bank?
** Even if the "Piggy Bank" is gone, we can play our Farm Heroes game (or any other King game as a matter of fact) without any issues! The Gold Bars that are added to the Piggy Bank are just the "Stars" that we achieve in our levels.
If it is the Piggy Bank that is missing, it could be just a glitch and it will come back. So, no need to worry.
And with regards to "the Body" ---> "The Body" is the part where we add more details about out our question. The part you added to your question (the cow is missing, etc.,) is called a title. And "the body" is for us to add rest of the information about the issue, you are having in the game. For example, the questions I have asked you above - answers for those would be the "details" that you could have added in "the body" π

Just a thought, you don't mean bonnie the horse? But otherwise there are no cows in Farm heroes other than the bulls.

There are cows in Farm Heroes Saga, but they "disappear" when the cow moves onto yellow hay squares. I am not sure what "coins" @lovemytermite16 is referring to. More information is needed.
