I replayed level 124 for my companions got all the stars the second time why didn't I get the others

How do I get my missing companions from level 124. First time I got only one star. Replayed got three stars and not the companions?

Hi @karlson - welcome to our friendly community!! I’m really sorry to hear that. Please take a picture of the completed level 124 showing the 3 stars here and I can follow up with a CM to see if this can be corrected.

Please also confirm that your game is up to date in the App Storen or online if you play via a PC 🙏🏻

I am sorry to hear that you have not received the rest of the 2 Companions after winning the level in your 2nd trial!

A bit more to add what my friend @Foley1362 has informed above....

When you won the level with 3 stars in your next try, did your game froze OR did you close the game / App before collecting the Companions OR anything else happened?

This happened to me only one time a long time back.... I thought I won a Super Hard level with 3 stars, but had to "minimize" the game for some reason and could not get back to it for a little while. When I went back to my game, the map screen appeared and the level did not have the stars on it, as my win was not registered! So, you will have to check if anything that sort has happened with your game!
