I am very sorry to hear about the issue in your game!

Is the "crashing" happening in a level OR as soon as you are trying to open the game itself?

While on Facebook, the Farm Heroes game is not working on "Flash" anymore, it has changed to "HTML" version few months ago! May be that is the reason, your game is not working anymore! (The Flash is working only if we are playing on King.Com).

I am wondering you might have to "update" your browsers! Did you try the game on Edge Firefox OR may be in "Facebook Game Room"? Although, the Facebook Game Room is not supported by King, you can try and see if it works or not!

Chrome is the latest and it has not updated since i started playing -- yes i see this is on HTML -- the game as of yesterday became slow to load - when loading i get all the sign-in "gifts" and announcements trying to click on my lvl sometimes the game crashes there and other times it is halfway through a game - don't have edge and not using firefox for facebook as it is set up with extensions for work - gameroom does not allow me to be on facebook at the same time as it will crash if both are open

i don't get any error message either it just crashes to a gray screen

OK, let's not worry about the device for now, and try to get you back in the game. Is it OK for you?

I have not asked you which level you are at! I hope you are not above level # 3000!!

What I want you to do is, log into the game through King.... here is the link ---> https://king.com/play/farmheroes

and log in -- I think you will be asked to "sync" the progress -- you go ahead with that step, so that your level progress is just the same as in Facebook on Kingdom account too.

Please let me know if it worked for you or not and you are able to get into the game or not!
