Hi I'm on level 98 and I can't access it it just keeps puffing out black smoke rings and wont let me move on lol please help me

May be you are talking about Roadblock every 15 levels. But from your screenshot you don't have any roadblock. Or if you have some problem with your mobile, try to clear the cache from the app, turn off. Wait few minutes and try to open the app again. Let me know if you have still problems. 🙂🙂🙂🤗
