Still can't connect. Any fix for this? I searched and followed some of the suggestions, nothing worked. Thanks!

Are you using a mobile device or a PC?

Can you please show me a screenshot of the message you see when you try to connect?

I've found this article from the web and you may try it out. Hope it works.

Desktop Website

1. Click the dropdown arrow on the top right navigation bar, then click "Settings"
2. Click "App Settings"
3. On the "Apps, Websites & Plugins" section, click "Edit"
4. Click "Enable Platform"

This will allow websites & apps you may use to interact with your Facebook account.

J have previously tried this. It did not work. My platform was already turned on.
