In my game it keeps saying I have no internet connection and I do. Why is this happening

same issue. I have reset router and even deleted game. Same issue. I also made purchase for more coins and got nothing!

Lets try clearing the cache on your Google Play Store.

* Go to apps and find the app called 'Settings' 
* Locate the menu called 'Apps' 
* Scroll down till you find the 'Google Play Store' 
* From here click on 'Clear data' then clear cache. Please notice that you will get a warning when clicking the 'Clear data' button - not to worry, it's just a reset. 
* Restart your mobile open the game and see if it connects.

My game does the same for a few days now. Playing ony phone, android. Restart phone and game several times. Please help, i dont want to miss out on new events!
