Why are all my boosters locked in level 719

I have all my boosters locked. I played all the suggested levels, cleared the cache, logged out logged in and nothing is working.

Hi there Suz, have you tried restarting your device after you logged out from your game? Try and let us know whether you are able to access your booster after that.

@wykon, I have logged out of my device several times did not work either.
