Lost all power ups

You keep trying to get people to save progress. I finally did it and it was ok for a couple of days but now when I go on I’ve lost all my power ups and I had a lot built up. I’m back down to 1 each. If I had known that would happen I would never have created my profile!

I am very sorry to hear about the issue in your game!

Can you please clarify something for me.... You have created an account for the game / saved the game only few days ago, right? And, there was no issue when you first created the account, isn't it?

It is supposed to be like that -- we should not run into any issues after saving our game -- like losing our boosters, or Magic Beans, etc., I am not sure why, your boosters' count is showing just 1!!!

Is it the same for all the boosters or just 1?

We had this problem when the game was changed to "HTML" version for all devices, but it was months ago!

Also, did you just "update" your game after saving your game?

Can you please give me these details -- (1) Device you are using; (2) your game user ID number

** You can find your ID number by clicking on the "cog-wheel" icon -- click on "My Profile" -- double click on the "King emblem" -- and you will see your ID number (this procedure is to find your ID on a mobile device).

Once you provide these details, I will ask our Farm Heroes Game In-charge if they know anything about this glitch!

** I have not seen any similar complaints, hence, I am not sure why it happened in your game!
