Lost all power ups

You keep trying to get people to save progress. I finally did it and it was ok for a couple of days but now when I go on I’ve lost all my power ups and I had a lot built up. I’m back down to 1 each. If I had known that would happen I would never have created my profile!

I am very sorry to hear about the issue in your game!
Can you please clarify something for me.... You have created an account for the game / saved the game only few days ago, right? And, there was no issue when you first created the account, isn't it?
It is supposed to be like that -- we should not run into any issues after saving our game -- like losing our boosters, or Magic Beans, etc., I am not sure why, your boosters' count is showing just 1!!!
Is it the same for all the boosters or just 1?
We had this problem when the game was changed to "HTML" version for all devices, but it was months ago!
Also, did you just "update" your game after saving your game?
Can you please give me these details -- (1) Device you are using; (2) your game user ID number
** You can find your ID number by clicking on the "cog-wheel" icon -- click on "My Profile" -- double click on the "King emblem" -- and you will see your ID number (this procedure is to find your ID on a mobile device).
Once you provide these details, I will ask our Farm Heroes Game In-charge if they know anything about this glitch!
** I have not seen any similar complaints, hence, I am not sure why it happened in your game!

I have the same issue-PC 1 i have single digit power ups...literally, 1 or 2 of each; so I decided to play on my better machine, and I have 5 of each, the mowers was supposed to be 7, but after reloading the page to test a theory, I'm back to 5 each, and 1 cat (5 shovels, mowers, and +1) which means any power up I get that day, has to be used that day. Before I went back to my other machine, I had quite a few, plus the game would remember I prefer the music and sound muted. Now, its doing the same as the older machine (bigger HD, 2 drives), that's just the facebook side. On Microsoft store version, I have 60 cats, 10-14 or so of the other power ups on the old machine (old one is a power hog, runs 100% for just doing webpages)

I also lost boosters after the game went on signing out by it's self, it was behaving like I didn't play that day at all. But it was quite opposite, I was winning all day in the race and in the challenge so I gained so many boosters, now this morning it's empty and I am sure I didn't spend them all... it's not possible

Hi! If I remember correctly you were having the same issue a while back and downloaded the app so it stopped?
Its still an issue on Facebook sadly but doesn't affect everyone. This means they cannot fix it as they cannot find why its doing it ☹

every time I play farm heroes via facebook, -and on my newer faster pc-every time I go in game, i have the same power up amounts. i think what happened was the same thing went on my old machine, but due to its slow-ness, I went to another machine, which is faster, but since I went back to the older one, it carried over to the new one, thus, my power ups don't go up, even after getting daily power ups.....1 shovel, 7 of this, 7 of that, etc...nowadays I just play without a care, then go to the store version, which also has additional levels that last a week....at least that one is keeping track.

its still the same issue that you had, many players on Facebook get the issue but the studio still can't find the answer to fix it. The app is better though anyway 😁
