I lost my Quests!

I had to log in and I loss my quest,why did that happen and how do I get it back?

Can you please clarify which game you are talking about? Also, can you show me a screenshot of your game screen - with Quests missing?

Are you logged into the game through Facebook or King account? Or did you save your game through both ways?
