my reward level(cow) has disappeared please do something.last time i played level 1050 and now i am level in 1189.
yet reward level is not received

The levels you are talking about "with Cow symbol" is called as Companions levels.
Since you are on level # 1189, the last Companion level you have played would be 1110.
There are no more Companion levels after # 1110. But there are still 3 more Companions to be collected, hence the ? in the Farm Club ๐ฎ The Farm Studio is aware about this, but they are busy with other tasks to take care of. Hopefully, we will get them sometime soon!

@salmannice The photos you shows are from the farm club and that you have the question mark on the three last one. There is no more levels to play to collect the three last.

I was playing Farm Heroes Saga and finally won level 1534. But then the screen froze up as it was going through the scoring sequence. I exited the game, cleared my cache and reloaded. Now it's not recognizing my win and wants me to play the level I just won! See screenshots below.
Hi - I can send lives to others, request them but don't seem to ever receive them anymore. Why is this? Thanks Simone
I have been playing Farm Heroes Saga for well over a decade. I'm around level 5700. For the third time in the past few years, my boosters have disappeared. I have contacted customer support, who have told me that this has nothing to do with the game, it's my device.. however, I am not doing anything. It's the same game,โฆ
I have not been receiving lives for several weeks now, the envelope is always empty. I've restarted the app and sinc to Facebook. Now what?
The game always shows that my team has given me free lives, but they are NEVER in my inbox. In fact there is never anything in my inbox. I even tried clearing the app cache and storage and nothing.
