Which device are you play ?

@MikePalmer For me it sounds that you play on king.com. That should be the only place you can get this errormessages. If so are you on level 1225 or 1240 because they are given problem. You can read more in the green link.

Do you have windows 10. If so you can downnload the app from microsoft store and play so you get pass 1240 and then go back to king.com if you want. Or if you have a mobile you can do the same. If you don´t have or don´t want it´s not much to do then wait and see if they are going to fix it. Maybe @QueenB have some new information.
If don´t play on king.com what device are you playing on.

If you are on Computer, are you using Browsers like Google Chrome, Internet Explorer? Or did you download the game directly? Do you know whether you have Windows 10 on your Computer?

While playing on PC, that error message "oops! something went wrong......" -- will/can appear on Facebook Game Room or other browsers too, but not just on King.com.

I want to share my experience too. I've recently played a new game in Facebook and it is still running flash player instead of HTML, the game is Pyramid Solitaire Saga. Although I've enabled the flash player I do get this message quite often after playing few levels. Normally, I'll reload the page each time I got such message and it works for me.
I can't seems to find a permanent solution for such error but as long as I can continue playing after reload, I'm ok with it.
Nevertheless, I hope you have all the info ready for Ms PummyRaj so that we can determine the exact cause.
