When I start my level on the game, the bee shows up, then the app closes. There’s no update for the app.
This issue has now been fixed!
Please update the app to the new version 5.44.6 and the game should be back on track again.

We've reported it to the Studio and it looks like there is an issue at the moment regarding app version 5.43.5 on iOS (Apple devices)

Is this freezing issue occurring only with your Farm Heroes Saga? Do you play any other games on your iPad? If so, are they working fine?
If it is happening with all the Apps, please try the steps suggested here ---> Trouble Shooting for Apple Devices

I am very sorry to hear that you have lost the boosters from your game! But, I am glad to hear that your game is working properly now 👍️
The reason for you to lose your stored up boosters is because you have "reinstalled" the App. Unfortunately, when we reinstall the game, all the data related to the game will be deleted from the device memory. Unlike the Gold Bars and the level progress, the boosters are not stored to the game, but only to the Device local memory, to facilitate us to play the game even off-line.
I am very sorry to say that the King team will not reimburse our lost boosters, unless we have purchased them with real money. Please let me know if you have purchased any of those boosters, so that I can direct you to the "King Player Support" team.
