There's a mistake in level 2836.
It says no more moves whilst there is a seed next to a blue drop which would make a flower.

Just as my friends @piaandersson and @MountainMom have informed you above, the pop-up of "No Moves" appearing and board re-shuffling is not a new issue and is not limited to level # 2836 itself.
It appears both in regular levels as well as the "Special Event" levels. This issue was already reported to the Farm Saga Studio, few months ago itself. Unfortunately, we do not have any update about the improvement regarding this glitch!
Until the Studio sends out a fix, all we can do is to wait patiently π

This is not an isolated issue. There are many levels in Farm Heroes Saga where the game logic does not recognize available moves involving water drops, especially when they can be used to grow grass seeds or hay. It is my understanding that this issue has been reported to the development team, possibly by @PummyRaj, because I have also reported the issue on more than one level. It is difficult to submit screen shots of this issue because the board reshuffles before a player can react. I have been patiently waiting for the fix, and I ask you to do the same even though I know it is frustrating.

Seems like this issue crops up again. After reading the first thread, it seems like it's nothing to do with the device we're playing or whatsoever. I will convey this to the CM in charge and hope it can be re-looked into again. Please be patience and I'll come back to you once I have some answer.
Meanwhile, I will tag @PummyRaj and see whether she has some insight.

@Sylvia_Julia This whit waterdrops and seeds of all kind it has been reported to the studio before. But it seems it is not going to be fixed.
It is in a thread named "it was "not" a bug". From may 2.

btw it only happens when you run out of moves and the board changes and you can see a blue one next to a seed, but it still says no more moves and charges the board yet again. That's when it happens, not all the time.
To be more specific. Just happened again.

May I know how many times you encounter this error? Are you still stuck because of this error?
