Can't connect to internet.

First off, yes I read the "read before you post". I have the most up to date version of Win 10, I have uninstalled and reinstalled FHS at least 3 times (losing all my progress each time). I can't connect to the stand alone version, can't get the game to load in FBook, and can't even get it to load at King.com. I've had a PC continually since 1988, have a Degree in CompSci, and used to work tech support for a local ISP. This has got to be one of the buggiest POS that I've ever had the displeasure of working with.

If you want to try uninstall and install steps, you have your gold bars are saved/transfered but all of the boosters have lost and some events will be reset or gone.
