The Games freezes suddenly on Fairphone 2.
I've tested with orig. Fairphone OS 19.11.2 and LineageOS 17.1.

How about you tried to follow these troubleshooting steps of Crashing/Freezing issue/bug. (I hope haven't this happens! 😊)

If you want to try uninstall and install steps, you have your gold bars are saved/transfered but all of the boosters have lost and some events will be reset and gone.

Hi !
The reason for the crash seems to be the Qualcomm GPU driver, which is closed code.
Closing and reopening the game is annoying and does not solve the problem.

Check App update> Sign out game> Restart device and wait 5 minutes after power on> Open game and sign in.
Please empty the cacje, that's important!

Hi there @Registration_sucks and lovely day to you. Have you tried the troubleshooting steps in the article shared by Mr Aijaziqbal? If the issue still persists, uninstalling the game may be the best solutions. However, please note that all boosters and lives stored in the local device will be lost and you have to collect/build your booster inventory from scratch.
You may participate in the on-going contests here to stand a chance to win some gold bars to your game. You can then use the gold bars to purchase boosters.

Hi all !
Did you read my trouble report ? The reason is the Qualcomm GPU Driver ! The problem is persistent on 2 identical Fairphones. The app is the latest version. Reboot and all other "tricks" does not help. Either King has a workaround to that problem or Qualcomm delivers a new driver.
