Hello, what's up with the game? I have 3 Facebook profiles and I can't play anywhere - a frowning man appears.

    Please do the standard troubleshooting by Log out, update your game application, Restart your device and login. Please also clear cache/history if you are playing through web browser.

    If you can show us screenshot or explain more details what is the issue. We can give you more correct information.

    Hello @pepinq and good day to you.

    As you have mentioned, you have 3 Facebook profiles/accounts. I hope you have entered the correct password for the respective Facebook profile when you log in to the game and make sure you also connected to the same profile when you are signed in to your Facebook account to ensure that game recognises the correct user when you log in.

    Also, if you are sharing device with another person, please make sure that person has logged out completely from his/her Facebook account and game account before you log in.

    Please Force stop the Application Clean cache files of your device and reboot the device. Try to login After some time

    Be sure that you are entering Right Email and password.

    Hello @pepinq and a very warm welcome to our Farmtastic Community! You can only play the game thru one FB account. It sounds like your Facebook account(s) may have become corrupted.

    If you play using IOS you can try to log into the Facebook account you want to use on Safari instead of the Facebook app...Log out of the Farm Heroes game, close the game, re open it and try to log in again with Facebook. Hopefully it should then take you to the log in on safari and open correctly.

    Depending on your device you might be able to find the settings that saved your Facebook details and disable them. 

    In future you may want to create and play thru a King.com account. If you have both accounts and sync them, you can still play the game via the King.com account if you end up having problems with your FB account, and you shouldn't lose your progress.
