Support sent a test reward that said "Test Ok", yesterday to my page. I haven't see any change so far but I am glad they are working on it.

@QueenB I hate to bother you. But again I passed the level to get the chest reward. I beat the raccoon level 876. And I went to press collect and again the chest disappeared and no gift was awarded. Nothing.

Sounds like this is still being looked at so I'm sorry to hear the issue is persisting 😕

try getting intouch with Support again so you can at least get compensated if they did this last time, I'm sure they can help again ☺️

Thank you! They did not compensate. They showed a test ok box that said I was being compensated but I clicked on the test box and nothing was awarded. But Thank you again. I guess I will try again.
