The last 2 days the game on Facebook has a bad delay and is very jerky. What can I do to fix it?

Noted on your current issue. I hope you have cleared the cache of the browser and make sure it is up to date. You may also try different browser to see whether the same issue happens because different browser may have diff compatibilities issues.
Alternately, I would also suggest the same as Ms Diamond Lim i.e. download the game under Microsoft for Win10 😊

Since you are playing your game via laptop and using Microsoft, the app is downloadable free from Microsoft site. After you downloaded it, please log in your game with your King account and you're ready to go. All your progress and lives will be saved.

@amwilkinson Hi and welcome, Please check your browser is up to date and then clear the Browser cache, Log out your game and restart your device then log back in and see if your issue is any better.

The game always shows that my team has given me free lives, but they are NEVER in my inbox. In fact there is never anything in my inbox. I even tried clearing the app cache and storage and nothing.
This game has changed. It's so much harder with less ways to earn lives. I have reached level 5350 I am now deleting the game. I've had enough so thanks for ruining it by making so many negative and unhelpful changes
Why can I not receive or ask for lives from my team mates. Also how do I make them my friends as there isn't a friends request button
I was playing Farm Heroes Saga and finally won level 1534. But then the screen froze up as it was going through the scoring sequence. I exited the game, cleared my cache and reloaded. Now it's not recognizing my win and wants me to play the level I just won! See screenshots below.
