The sheep that come into game block the game from continuing. I read that the bug was fixed but it isn’t

I am not convinced that the incoming sheep are unintentionally blocking. For example, in the screen shot you posted, there are four cropsies in the row below two of the sherp. While there is no match on your screenshot, it is possible to move the sheep with a match of cropsies in that row. While this requires a lot of luck, it is not impossible. To improve my chances of matching cropsies in that row, I would focus on clearing the sheep on the right side of that row as they move along the raft.
