Why when I go on the app on my phone it says play so I click it but nothing happens. It's like it freezes. I can't play Farm hero's on my phone on the website. Very frustrating. It was working last night.

    Hi @banditop!

    It sounds like there might be something wrong so have you by any chance tried restarting your device, make sure you have enough storage on the device to handle the game and the latest game app version installed.

    If you've tried all of this already, how about reinstalling the game app?

    How about you tried to follow these troubleshooting steps of Crashing/Freezing issue/bug. (I hope haven't this happens! 😊)

    Please do the standard troubleshooting by Log out, update your game application, restart your device and login again and see if it helps you.

    @banditop Hi and welcome, Please make sure your Phone device is up to date and has at least 2gb of storage space. Then check your game is up to date and log out and restart your device and then log back in and see if this resolves your issue.

    If not you may need to uninstall and reinstall the app, but in doing this any stored Boosters or Lives will be lost and are unrecoverable unless you have any unused purchased boosters
