No events for weeks
I’ve had no events for several weeks and it’s really annoying now. I’m playing less as a result. I tried emailing and just got an automated response that didn’t answer my question and referred back here. It’s very frustrating as I enjoyed the events and 123 grow challenges.

Please Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.

Please do the standard troubleshooting tips by Log out, update your game application, restart your device and login again and check if you find some events.
But please also keep in your mind that bonus events are not permanent part of the game and they are awarded randomly by the system. Which changes time to time. So have patience and hopefully soon events will be back in your game.

We know it's frustrating seeing others playing events and not having having access to these but know that the studio is aware of this, and even though some events doesn't reach out to all players, they are investigating to see why some players like you, don't see any at all 😕
We don't know how long this will take but as mentioned before, as long as you keep the game app up to date, you will not miss out on any changes.
