My screen is frozen, what should I do?

Good morning? Can you please help me with something? It took me over 2 weeks to complete this level and when I did today the game froze. I am playing on an iPhone. This happened once before and I just closed it and the progress was lost so I had to try to complete it again. I was hoping not to have to do that again, since it took me sooo long to complete this level.

I have attached a picture so you can see what its looks like. It will allow me to click on any of the boosters and use them but it will not allow me to move any pieces within the board. How can I get it to register that the level has been completed?

Please advise.
