Latest update is crashing the game..

Hi guys
There was an update today on Google Play. Now the game crashes once I have hit the play button.......I have rebooted my tablet. I have forced close. Please help?

@Freddy_Falkner Thanks for the article, Freddy. I went through all the steps. Uninstall and reinstalled the game. Rebooted. The game still crashes even before I enter. I have enough ram

I have managed to get the game to work, but not at my lvl. Only lvl 1. I could log in and see the new look, but again the game crashedπ. Please help

What is the make and model of the device you are using and which game app version do you have installed? Once we have this, we can check with support if this is an issue that has been reported.

No crashes here but when watching videos the game tells me that i don't have a network connection. Not always but often.

It is Android version 4.4.2 Model number: Vodafone Smart tab 3G. Baseband version Moly.WR8.W1315.MDWG.MP.V39.P5 Kernel version 3.4.67 Build number 070FSG1
I am at lvl 3426 and everything worked right untill the update yesterday. Can still play it on my Huawei device, but dont want to do the update incase the same thing happenes there.

@QueenB It is with a heavy heart that I have to acknowledge my device is no longer compatible with the game. It is a very sad day indeed. I will miss this very very much. Thank you for a great game, for hours and hours of fun.

I have done now everything possible in order to get my beloved game back on my tablet. Rereferring to above, when I tried to download it said my device is not compatible. Well I tried again and I can download it.
However the game keeps on crashing once I start playing. I went so far as to format my tablet. Nothing works. Please please help? And yes, I have 2g ram
