Can't connect to wi-fi in app????

while I'm in the game I try to connect to buy gold bars but it says I lost my connection to wi-fi, but any other time I'm connected. Why would it do this? I've closed & restarted many times & still no fix...please help!!!

I'm so sorry that you have an issue with your connection! If you are playing with your mobile, may you please try to switch your connection from wifi to data and check if is solved.

If you are playing with your Pc, try to clear the cache, switch off your device for 5 mnts and disconnect your internet connection. Restart your device and if the problem remains it's possible to have a screenshot of the lost connection, your device model and if is Windows10 or iOS.😉😉
