Game pauses

Is anyone else having a problem when you walk away from the game or go to another site for a minute everything on my game freezes. I have to log out and start all over again. 😩

I'm so sorry that you have an issue with your game! In order to help you, it's possible to know which is your device? PC or mobile, Android, iOS?

Could be a temporary problem, try to check if your game is updated to the last version, clear the cache, turn off your device, wait for 5 mnts and turn on again. If you will have the same problem, try to contact the support center, just click on the bottom of this page "contact us".

I have had the same issue when I play Farm Heroes Saga or Candy Crush Saga on my iPhone, but it does not happen when I play on mybAndroid tabletnor PC. It may be related to the power saving features on my iPhone, so I have always finished playing a level before I move on to something else on my phone. It may be a good practice to finish an attempt on a level before switching to another app or pausing for another reason. I hope this helps.
