Kindly visit this site on the number of levels available in FHS. Please check app for update of latest version, update it and then refresh the app by restarting the level. Play and old level and go back to the map and check whether there is any more levels after 3580.

Can you please clarify in which game you are having this issue? Also, can you please explain what happens when you try to go to level # 3581?

I crossed the 3580th level and then my game locked,on this device. I begged for help several times,but in vain.

I have not had events. Screen pops up with no opportunity to play just a more info box which keeps redirecting me to web site. Event box tells me I have 16 events can only see 5. Please help

Why am I getting aa setting that requires me to enter my date of birth ??? I can not get rid of it and I can no longer play Candy Crush Saga , It is so annoying

You are being asked to enter your date of birth, the UK Data Protection Authority has made a rule that only 18 years and older can play any and all King games;
If the players are 13 and above, they still can play the games, but with their parents/legal guardians' permission;
If the players are below 13 years old, they cannot play the games!

Hi PummyRaj , thank you for that information. BUT I can't get it to enter., I write my date of birth buy it won't let me continue, I I have read the private policies till I' m blue in the face but there is no where to enter it , PLEASE HEEEELLLLP

Good morning @Trumal could you add a screenshot of what you are seeing?
Can I advise as well if you need to add your date of birth that it will drop down for the month and year but the day must be in two digit format. So 01, 02, 03 etc or it won't allow you to move on.
I am hoping this is the reason you are stuck! 😊
