I'm so sorry but is not possible to trade magic beans for gold bars. You can use 250 Magic Beans to buy 3 shovels or to use Companions during the game.

Hello @deidrak, I just want to add to what my friend @encantes shared with you. While it is possible to "trade" 250 magic beans for 3 shovels, this only works when your current inventory of shovels is zero. Then, when you see your booster inventory, click on the "+" sign on the shovel. It will guide you to trade 250 magic beans for 3 shovels.
