Boosters resetting and no daily booster on log in

Why do my boosters keep resetting to 1 each and why doesn't the daily boosters thingy come up now when i log on.

Hi @lesleylu and welcome to our friendly forums. The first question is what platform do you play on? Is it fully updated? One mistake I made is instead of clearing the cache in App Settings, I cleared the data by mistake. That erased all my boosters. The daily bonus will only appear if you are connected to the internet.

I know we have an issue with connectivity right now, if so it could be causing the issue.
