Connection Error & loss of quests and friends

Level 1

Please help.

I am on level 2250 (impossible without magic beans and extra helpers).

I am no longer getting any quests, no friends to send or receive beans and lives, no daily login prizes and my beans have now run out.

when I click on the messages I get asked to log in, but won’t let me just get connection error please try later.

I am playing on an app on iPad, my user ID is 5867543830.

please can you help?

    Hello @Bertie_boo 🤗 A Warm Welcome to our Farmtastic King Community!

    I am very sorry to hear about the issue in your game 😔


    Unfortunately, all the issues you are having in your game sounds like due to the "lack of internet connection"! As per my past experience, the only remedy that is left out is to "reinstall" the game App. Because, whatever bug that has affected your game, would not be cleared until unless you delete the App!

    But, the downside of this step is that, you will be losing all your saved up boosters, along with any Magic Beans you have left 🤔 The level progress and the Gold Bars will stay intact, since you have saved your game.


    Does this make sense? Would you like to delete and reinstall the App?

    Hello @Bertie_boo and good day to you.

    Based on the information given by you, you are experiencing game crash/freezing. Thus, please read the article below and try all the steps recommended before taking the last resort of reinstalling the app.

    Checking for updates on your game and device

    Ensuring that your device and the game app are the latest and most up to date versions is really important as it means that not only will your device run as smoothly as possible, but also that you can take advantage of the latest levels, features and promotions that we have released.

    We’ve created this helpful video to guide you along the process, take a look!

    If you’re already on the most up to date version of your game and iOS, or once you’ve updated them, and crashing still happens, we can perform the following actions:

    Force closing your apps 

    1. Double click the Home button to see your open apps
    2. Swipe up on all apps which can interfere with the performance of the game


    Restarting your device

    1. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the “Power Off” slider appears.
    2. Drag the slider to turn your device completely off.
    3. After the device turns off, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button again until you see the Apple logo.

    Checking the storage on your device 

    Make sure that you have sufficient free storage on your device, we normally recommend having at least 2GB free. 

    Check this article from Apple for more information about the storage on your device.

    Reinstalling the game apps

    If the previous steps haven't worked, then, as a last resort, we can try reinstalling the game. This will generally fix most other issues but before performing this step please be aware of the following:

    • Back your progress up: make sure that your game progress is safely backed up to either Facebook or a Kingdom account. If you use Facebook then make sure the last level you played was while you were connected. If you don't use Facebook then make sure you have created a Kingdom account, check the video below on how to create and synchronize your Kingdom account.
    • Lost boosters: this step will also delete all of your saved boosters, extra lives and reset any extra features such as Daily Bonus or extra challenges that you have completed. These items and features are saved directly to the device's memory then reinstalling the game, unfortunately, clears them from your game. We will of course, replace any purchased boosters you may lose during this step, but we do not replace any lost free items which may have been won or awarded while playing. Please keep this in mind before performing this action!

    Once you have backed up your game progress and considered the lost boosters, you can now uninstall the game. For this: 

    • Touch the app and hold your finger down until all the apps start to “jiggle”
    • When an 'x' icon appears in the top left corner of the app icon - tap it to delete the app 
    • Now reinstall the game and log back in via Facebook or the Kingdom to restore your game progress and Gold Bars

    Level 1

    I am running the latest version of the game and my iPad has no updates available. It automatically updated the other night and is running IOS 14.3

    i am extremely nervous of uninstalling the app as I can’t log in from it so how do I know it’s saving my progress?

    Also I logged into King.com the game opens up in a window but takes me in at an earlier level.2234

    Hello again dear @Bertie_boo 😃

    Unfortunately, your game is not being saved now -- since you are not able to log into your account! But, once the Internet connection issues are resolved, the game will be saved automatically when you log back in, that is.

    Unfortunately, it will not be possible in this case 😔 And the proof for that is, the level progress on King.com! (I had similar experience few years back)!


    What I recommend you is... do you have a laptop OR access to another phone? If you do not want to reinstall the App, stop playing the game through the App from now on and play it only on King.com or on another device. Keep checking the App once in a while to see if the "internet issue" gets resolved.


    Also, if you would like to back up your game to iCloud, all your boosters will be saved even if you reinstall the game. I found a link for you ---> Back up my game on Apple Device (I have never tried this, hence I am not sure)!

    P.S: I am assuming that all other Apps and games are working fine except for Farm Heroes Saga! In this particular case, updating our device, does not help as this is not an issue with the device!

    I am now really, really hacked off!!

    I have the same problem on all my King games now, Farm Heroes Saga, Farm Heroes Supersaga and Blossom Blast Saga.

    it’s clearly a King problem as I have no connection problems with anything else.

    Not happy at all
