The +5 booster behaves differently from the other boosters in Farm Heroes Saga. When you get it as a reward, it is not added into your inventory of boosters. Instead it is automatically added to the next new level that you play. Because of that, you most likely will not realize that you have it -- since you've never played the new level before, you don't know how many moves you get until you launch that level. This has confused many players, so we have suggested that the +5 booster be changed so that it goes into inventory to be used on a level of the player's choice. We do not know if or when this idea might be implemented. In the meantime, we hope that you continue to enjoy farming with us!

Like my friend Freddy Falkener wrote, try the troubleshooting indicated, but if are talking about +5 that you win in the Honey Harvest, is automatically charged in the moves of your next level!
Like in this screenshot:
Unfortunately is not saved in your boosters inventory, but you will have 5 more moves in your next level.

@kaz1959 Hi and welcome, Try the standard troubleshooting tips and see if this resolves your issue
Check device and game are up to date, clear cache from your app store or browser, log out and restart your device, log back in.

One way you can see if it has gone on is to watch the level carefully as it loads up. You will see the moves then flash and alter quickly as they are added on.
