Game opened with no lives and starting at beginning

This morning I opened the game and I had no lives. Game told me to use gold to buy lives. Since it is morning and since I have played for years I figured I needed to reload. Did this 3 times with no change. Removed cookies, no change, restarted browser, no change. What is going on?

Forgot to mention that i am back at level one also.

I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game! I have also experienced it and it is still the same for me too!

I understood that you are playing on a computer. Can you please clarify whether you are playing on King.com OR on Facebook?

For me, this issue is appearing on King.com, but there are no issues on Facebook!

I have also noticed that all my starting boosters are locked! How about you? Can you please click on a level and see how the screen looks for you?

** This is definitely an issue that has to be corrected by the Game Team. So, please be patient with us I will get back to you with any update once we have any news 🙏

I am sure that once the "lives" glitch is corrected, you will be back to your level.

So, please do not worry about it and do not try to reinstall the game, etc.,

I had the same problem which is why I'm here. One thing that I didn't try was log out and log back in. I just did it and it seems to have resolved my problem. I'm back at 5 lives instead of 0.

Yes! The issue is resolved for me too! I was refreshing the browser for every 10 minutes 😅

It could be a temporary glitch with the King server, which seems to be cleared now 👍️

Even-though, it is resolved, I will just give a heads-up to our Farm Community In-charge to be aware about it.
