What's happening for my map? In the past challenge i could play the level 3849, but yet can't see it in the map! Now i can't play ittt!!!!

@markamprag Hi and welcome, Please check both your device and game are up to date, check app store for update and log out and restart your device and then log back in ands see if this resolves your issue. The latest version is supplied in the post above by H20

Thank you for the realy fast answers. I have already check the updates and does all yours advices. I also yesterday uninstalled it and install it again ,as a result i lost all my rewardsπ©, and weren't few. I really can't understand what is going on.

My advice is just try to open your game more times(remember to connect wifi)The same thing happened in my FHSS few hours ago, but it sloved with just log in few more times.

Just to add to what @encantes said, I am in the early release group. That means I get the latest levels first. I just got the new levels last night, which means that my last level should be 3850. The only other thing that hasn't been said is to force close, clear cache and restart. Sometimes it takes two or three times before missing stuff shows up again.

One more point to add to what our Farm Heroes Saga game Experts have informed above...
The game has been a bit glitchy lately. And we are thinking it could be due to the division of groups for testing. The team keeps running various tests at different times for ease of the players.
Like my friend @Rancid said, he is in the group which receives 1 extra episode than all other players. And, I am in the group which receives the actual levels.
But, 80% of the time, I too see that extra episode in my game. But, when I close the App or log out of the App, those extra episodes disappear! I am assuming that it is the same case for you. We cannot play those extra levels because we are not part of that test group and hence, we are not supposed to receive/play them.
And yes, updating the game App, clearing the Cache, etc., does not work with this particular issue, because this is not a device issue.

So for clarification purposes, is this what happens?
Even though only a small group (which I am in) get early access to the new levels, for some reason others can view them when they are first released. Then once the game has had a coffee or two, it realises that "Whoops, this person shouldn't see this!" and then blocks the persons view of the new levels.
